In general the service was GOOD. I enjoyed the room with a very nice scenic view, the bed was big. Location: the hotel was just off the centre, gangtok, and main market.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. The staff was so welcoming, making us feel at home. We loved the fact that we were close to the mall and all the key tourist attractions which made exploring the area super easy. The room was cozy, clean, and equipped with all the facilities we needed. We also enjoyed the delicious local cuisine served at the hotel’s restaurant.
